Executive Chef - Kitchen Manager

Bayou Bistro

Bayou Bistro, a family owned Creole and Italian restaurant, is seeking an Executive Chef or kitchen manager. We are expanding our operations into a third location and are looking for someone to take over existing operations at our location in El Dorado, AR. Duties and responsibilities will include oversight of daily production, inventory, food cost, menu development and costing, scheduling and other managerial duties. We are a quality driven establishment looking for people who can grow with our company. We offer a strong compensation and benefits package along with a performance based bonus program.  This position offers a high degree of autonomy and creative freedoms.
