Greg McGuire writes for The Back Burner, a food service industry blog providing restaurant news, trends, and tips.  He also works for eTundra.com, a website providing restaurant equipment, supplies, and equipment parts to the food service industry.

Greg was born and raised on a ranch on the Colorado/Wyoming border.  He majored in journalism at Indiana University, has traveled extensively in Latin America, and enjoys music, skiing, and soccer.  He worked as a server for a year in Indianapolis, IN and has been researching and writing about the food service industry since November 2008.
